When asked in a recent survey which roadblock will hinder creativity the most in 2023, limited resources to execute big ideas was named as the top culprit.

Many brands have an agency. Many have an in-house team. What they are missing is the skills and scale to execute and amplify their ideas, in a way that will reduce overheads and increase efficiencies without impacting on the quality or performance of the work.

For over 15 years The Online Studio has been trusted by household name brands including Pinterest, TikTok, Walmart, Calm, Google and Omaze to deliver quality creative at scale.

The Role:
You will join an established business with the energy of a start-up and loyal client base of well-known brands in a newly created role that you will be able to shape and make your own.

Reporting to the company founders and owners (located in London), you will be responsible for building new strategic partnerships to complement our existing client base with the goal to bring in new hires supporting you as your success grows.

Day to day you will:

  • Proactively create, manage, and grow strategic partnerships from targeted, recognised leading brands in identified key sectors

  • Drive incremental revenue from our existing client base whilst targeting new prospects

  • Utilize the company CRM system to efficiently win new business and manage your internal pipeline / accurate sales forecasts

  • Influence both internal and external stakeholders at various levels with a collaborative but effective, results orientated approach. Typically, your external stakeholders will include key decision makers across multiple brands and industries

  • Develop an understanding of our client’s business, products, services, customers, and objectives as part of your relationship building

  • Utilize these key strategic relationships to identify and secure new business opportunities

  • Strategically review and optimize our sales proposition with the leadership team to improve sales performance

  • Be the face and ambassador to our clients , whom you will meet with regularly to build your network and deliver company revenue growth targets

Job requirements

  • At least 7 to 10 years’ experience including 5 years in sales and business development to well-known brands

  • Experience working in high growth / scale up environments. We are an established business but still think and act with the agility and passion of a start-up

  • Solutions oriented and a proven track record in exceeding revenue goals

  • Self-motivation and drive to make things happen – this is a new role within the organization and requires an individual that has the energy and ambition to hit the ground running

  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, demonstrates initiative and follow through

  • Ability to comfortably present, engage and influence at a senior level e.g., Director level and above for medium and large international corporates

  • Goal orientated with proven negotiation skills and track record of sales success

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A positive attitude and high EQ to optimize sales growth whilst nurturing long term client relationships

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong relationships and / or previous experience with digital creative agencies and social media platforms

  • Understanding and / or previous experience working in Media Sales
